Last recipe from my photo shoot. These are really quick and easy ribs with my own "doctored up" BBQ sauce and a 5 bean Crockpot recipe which my daughter absolutely loves!

BBQ Ribs:

Use a large pot big enough to but the ribs in. Fill about 1/2 way with water and bring to a boil. Add about 1 1/2 -2 cups of vinegar to the boiling water. Then carefully place the ribs in the boiling water.

Boil ribs for about 1/2 hour. Then remove and dry. Season the ribs with salt and pepper and any barbecue spices you want.

Cook the ribs on the grill, basting with BBQ sauce.

You can also cook the ribs in the oven at 250° F for about 2 hours if you don't want to put them on the grill.

Doctored BBQ Sauce

You'll need

1 bottle of BBQ sauce (what ever you want)

1/2 cup of brown sugar

1 tbsp of dijon mustard

Tobasco sauce (optional)

Start with any inexpensive BBQ sauce you can get. Pour the entire bottle sauce into a sauce pan. Add the brown sugar, mustard and a touch of Tobasco sauce (optional). Mix thoroughly and bring to a simmer.

Crockpot Beans

You'll need

1 can butter beans

1 can pork and beans (any brand)

1 can kidney beans

1 can of garbanzo beans

1 can chili beans

3/4 cup brown sugar

tbsp of yellow mustard

1 packet of spaghetti seasonings

1 minced onion

16 oz of Kielbasa Sausage sliced

Combine all the ingredients into a crockpot and cook on low for about 2 hours and you're done.
Doesn't get easier than that!

While putting together some photos for my press release, I put together a few dishes - here is the recipe for a beautiful yet easy Rosemary Lemon Roasted Chicken:

You'll need:

1 Chicken

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Fresh Rosemary

3 Lemons

Salt and Pepper

Cut 1 lemon in half and place inside the chicken along with some rosemary. Rub about 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil onto the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Slice up one lemon and place on the outside along with some more rosemary. Place the chicken with lemon and rosemary into a large Ziplock bag and allow it to marinade for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).

Take out of Ziplock bag and place in a baking dish leaving the lemon and rosemary inside the chicken. Slice up the final lemon and place the slices on the chicken.

Roast the chicken in an oven preheated at 350° F for about 1 hour or until the juices of the chicken run clear. If you're using a meat thermometer, the chicken's internal temperature should reach 165°.

Garnish with fresh lemon and rosemary.
