Recipe: Lamb Shoulder Chops

Another recipe from the photoshoot! This is a really easy lamb chop recipe
You'll need:
- Lamb Shoulder Chop
- 1 tbsp of Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 cloves of Garlic Minced
- 1/4 tsp of pepper
- 1/4 cup of Olive Oil
- 4 tsp fresh Basil (Slivered)
Combine the mustard, vinegar, garlic, pepper, olive oil and basil into a Ziplock bag and mix throughly. This will create the marinade.
Wash you lamb chops and let them dry before putting into the ziplock bag with the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours (overnight would be best).
Cook on a grill for about about 5-8 minutes on each side.
