With the remaining shredded chicken from Episode 112, I whip up an easy shredded chicken BBQ sandwich - tasty but get out the napkins! As I side, I use my grandmother's recipe for cucumber and onion salad.
I'm going to take the final bit of shredded chicken/taco seasoning mixture from Episode 112 and make quick and easy tacos!
