It really doesn't get much easier than this. I take the left overs from Episode 120 (Grandma's Pot Roast) and spice it up to make a delicious and warming beef stu in Sourdough Bread Bowl. It's an awesome way to disguise the fact that you're only serving left overs!

Here's a really simple no-hassle pot roast - with a little bit of my twist. Set this crockpot recipe on low to cook for 9-10 hours, or high for an cook time of 4 hours.
